Strength & Flow

Our Pilates classes challenge you while allowing you to enjoy the flow of movement. With a focus on both traditional Pilates and functional strength, each session is designed to leave you feeling stronger. Beyond the workout, we foster a sense of community, being present and moving together with intention and support, so you leave not just stronger but more connected and refreshed.

YOGA

Vinyasa, Slow Flow & Yin

In yoga, we bring together body, mind, and breath to ground ourselves in the present moment. We flow through physical postures, focusing on mindful movement and intentional breathing. In our studio, we cultivate connection by moving together as a community. 

Classes

  • This dynamic class incorporates heavier dumbbells and weighted rings to build both strength and endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels, it delivers an empowering flow designed to elevate your heart rate and get you sweating. Expect to leave feeling strong, energized, and buzzing with those post-workout endorphins.

  • This class focusses on mindful, controlled movement using lighter props such as resistance bands, ankle weights, light dumbbells and chi balls. In this class you’ll enhance mind body awareness, improve stability and tone.

  • Our Slow Flow classes offer the opportunity to explore Vinyasa-style sequencing at a more mindful pace. Slowing down creates space for growth and exploration, helping you build a strong foundation while also offering opportunities to deepen your existing practice. Whether you're new to yoga or have a regular practice, Slow Flow is suitable for all levels.

  • Our Yin classes focus on releasing and restoring through a series of floor-based postures. These postures are held for 3-5 minutes to stretch and release tightness in the body, allowing muscles to soften. Whether you're new to yoga or have a regular practice, Yin is suitable for all levels.

  • Our Vinyasa Flow classes blend a dynamic series of postures with breath to create a continuous, flowing movement. This practice encourages strength and flexibility, while focusing on alignment and awareness of the breath. Vinyasa Flow is ideal for members with some yoga experience.
