Yes, we do! Get started with our intro offer: $39 for 1 week of unlimited classes. It’s the perfect way to experience our studio and see what we’re about at Rodes.

Yes, we offer a Monthly Unlimited Mat Membership for $200, giving you unlimited access to our mat Pilates and yoga classes. This membership operates on a recurring monthly direct debit basis and can be cancelled at any time.
We also offer upfront membership options: 6 months for $1,000 and 12 months for $1,700. A one-time payment is required at the start of your membership.

We understand that plans can change. To cancel your booking, please use the Rodes app or website; cancellations via phone, email, or social media are not accepted.
Early cancel: If you cancel a minimum of 8 hours before the scheduled class start time, you won’t forfeit the session and your class credits will be returned.
Late cancel: If you cancel within 8 hours of the class start time, unfortunately you will forfeit the session. Clients on an unlimited membership will incur a $5 late cancellation fee.
No show: If you don’t cancel your class prior to the start time and don’t attend, you will forfeit your session and be charged a $5 no show fee. Clients on an unlimited membership will incur a no show fee of $10. -
Absolutely! Our Pilates classes are designed to cater to all levels, from complete beginners to advanced members. Modifications and progressions are provided throughout each session.

If it’s your first time trying yoga, we recommend that you start with our ‘Slow Flow’ or ‘Yin’ classes before moving on to our ‘Vinyasa Flow’ class.

How exciting! Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for a quick induction and to get familiar with the space.

Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and an optional towel. Wear comfortable activewear, and remember: no shoes are allowed on the mats. Grip socks are optional but welcomed!

We encourage mindfulness and a distraction-free environment. Please store your phone and other personal items in the designated storage provided upon entry.

Both our Pilates and yoga classes run for 45 minutes. However, we recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early to set up and settle into the space.

Congratulations! You’re welcome to attend classes up to 12 weeks gestation. After 12 weeks, we ask you to pause your attendance as we prepare to introduce dedicated pre- and post-natal classes in the near future.

Congratulations! You’re welcome to join our classes if you have a regular yoga practice, but we recommend checking with your doctor first. Please let the instructor know how many weeks pregnant you are, and they'll provide any necessary modifications.
