Suitable for all fitness levels, it delivers an empowering flow designed to elevate your heart rate and get you sweating. This class focusses on mindful, controlled movement using lighter props such as resistance bands, ankle weights, light dumbbells and chi balls. In this class you’ll enhance mind body awareness, improve stability and tone.

Our Slow Flow classes offer the opportunity to explore Vinyasa-style sequencing at a more mindful pace. Slowing down creates space for growth and exploration, helping you build a strong foundation while also offering opportunities to deepen your existing practice. Whether you're new to yoga or have a regular practice, Slow Flow is suitable for all levels. -

YOGA VINYASA
45 MINS
Our Vinyasa Flow classes blend a dynamic series of postures with breath to create a continuous, flowing movement. This practice encourages strength and flexibility, while focusing on alignment and awareness of the breath. Vinyasa Flow is ideal for members with some yoga experience. -

YOGA YIN
45 MINSOur Yin classes focus on releasing and restoring through a series of floor-based postures. These postures are held for 3-5 minutes to stretch and release tightness in the body, allowing muscles to soften. Whether you're new to yoga or have a regular practice, Yin is suitable for all levels.

PILATES
Class Duration
Both our Pilates and Yoga classes run for 45 minutes.
What do I bring?
Bring a water bottle, and an optional towel. Wear comfortable activewear, and remember: no shoes are allowed on the mats. Grip socks are optional but welcomed!
When do I arrive?
Make sure you arrive at least 5 minutes before your class time to ensure you find your mat as we close the doors exactly at the class start time to ensure we run on schedule.
