Our Fitzroy studio is where Rodes began, a boutique space for non-heated mat Pilates and yoga in the heart of Fitzroy, Melbourne. Built around purposeful movement, great energy and a strong sense of community, Rodes Fitzroy is a place to move, reset and feel good.
Our intimate studio is designed to feel welcoming, relaxed and considered, with just 12 mats per class. The smaller class size creates a more personal experience, with plenty of space to connect with your instructor, receive guidance and move alongside a supportive community.
Choose from a range of mat Pilates and yoga classes in Fitzroy, including Pilates Flow, Pilates Strength, Vinyasa, Slow Flow and Yin. Whether you’re new to Pilates and yoga or have been moving with Rodes from the beginning, our classes are designed to help you build strength, mobility and confidence at your own pace.
With beautiful natural light, a sun-filled balcony and a calm, relaxing atmosphere, Rodes Fitzroy feels like a little escape from the outside world. Come in, leave the noise behind and spend 45 minutes moving, breathing and reconnecting with yourself.

Take Route 11 along Brunswick Street and get off at Stop 17 – Leicester St/Brunswick St. We’re just a 1–2 minute walk from the stop.

Street parking is available around Brunswick Street, but spaces can occasionally be limited (especially on weekends). We recommend allowing a little extra time to park.
